Dark Snow a twisty fairytale

by Michael   Jun 11, 2017

Once upon a time maybe...

There lived a snow white queen,
Who captured the limelight of
The fairy tale scene.

Her shiny black hair as dark as night
Steeped in silk colours, concealing
Her flesh of a pure eye-candy sight.

Dwelling deep within the land of Grimm-shire
Where coloured roses spring from their briar
Her abode is shared with men of little build
Labourers for love of the wood-workers guild.

They worshipped their feline of white driven snow
A chorus all day, chanting lyrics of hi..ho..hi..ho.
While the queen cherished her gems of small
Her patience was tested by their endless
whistles and drawl

Her pure white affection waned,
and began to fade
An undertone of irritation, with a darkening shade
Blue marbled eyes twitched with a glazed over scorn
Her complexion overshadowed with a fearful forlorn

Mumbles of malevolent tones of HI..HO...HO.. NO!!
She muttered words “ They simply must go.”

The little ones so blasé to their queens change in mood
They all sat for supper of corn- beef stewed food
The queen calm and collected and keeping cool
Grooming her groupies with her enchanting drool

When each of the small brigade went to lay and rest
She dialled the wicked hotline, to rid from her chest
The witches covern will send you a poison-ness peer
Don’t worry my sweetie, we’ll sort it my dear.

The conniving coven who despised the queen
Colluded their coven to conspire their own scheme
A witch dialled and called the group of ones little
Telling them of their queens scheming spittle.

The witch told them news of their disloyal queen
Happy turned into Grumpy with this Janus-faced scheme
A meeting was called for small ones to attend
A secret discussion, with witching ears to lend.

The crotchety peer, will poison an apple of fruit
And the one of small who’s Dopey and mute
Will switch behind the back of this offending charmer
And she will receive her well-deserved karma

The moral to this tale of fate
Is always better to negotiate
Look at all resolve,
and if this really cant be done
Then there really is no love in fun
If small little issues remain in wait
then can grow, and then too late
to negate.
And we don't want witches who
bark t our gate.
