Small Gods (in memory of Terry Prattchet) #4

by CJ Maleney   Jun 22, 2017

A god for every action
A god for every deed
A little one for every desire
And a one for every need

A god that you won't pray to
Or ask for guidance when you are lost
But one you may wish existed
When you can't find that matching sock

One god for little rodents
And a god for things to be
A god to wrench you out of sleep
When you can't escape those dreams

Craig, I couldn't not like this simply because I, too, am a huge Pratchett fan and I remember Small Gods vividly although I haven't read it for some years. I must make a point of going through the whole Discworld again; they are wonderful novels.

    All the best,

    Ben
