This is great and is far more meaningful than simply what dress you were wearing, I feel. More about the person you were at that time and how little you may have thought of yourself.
We can only ever do our best and I do not believe a one of us gets to the end of our lives without regret; it's about limiting them and making sure they were the 'right' regrets if you understand my meaning.

Sweet Dear Lady!! This is brilliant writing and such a hard hitting topic! Age and time always have a way of making us reminisce about so much...good and bad...funny memories, fun times, and even our clothing choices. I think no matter what, you are extremely cool, and as long as you feel right about the path you are taking, and most importantly, happy, then you are absolutely doing your best :) once again, another lovely and thought provoking piece by you.
