Mel, this is a charming little write indeed and one I can relate to perfectly. However, I like not to think of myself as a 'dainty fairy'. Perhaps a poetic pixie? Nope, that doesn't sound great either...
Anyway, I blither on. This is great.

"And right where the tip meets the paper
Is where I make my fantasy a reality."
Something which, i think, every poet can relate to

    Wow! Amazing.

And right where the tip meets the paper
Is where I make my fantasy a reality.

I mean this is what every writer or poet feels, but no one ever described this feeling like the way you did.
It is brief, but at the same time I feel that the length is perfect.
