Lyrics

A mystical write, dear Rei, one that I enjoyed. It's an enduring piece, as throughout one's lifetime many of us find ourselves moved by music -- quite often people hallmark music as their reason for being alive. "A lighter tone, yet the voice it breaks, Right here, can you listen? That word made her shake," The ending to that line was really powerful. I am really in love with your description of how moved this person is. I sing often, and sing poorly, but sing nonetheless. I do wish I could move people as swiftly with music as others seem to be able to.

The ending of a poem is what I hold to be the most critical aspect, and I feel like the ending of this piece was a bit tarnished -- perhaps by an error, or my own ineptitude... I'm not very familiar what to the line "Songs hold meaning, to sever for years" is. It seems like it's such a positive message, aside from the singing of grief in the previous verse, but sever is such a macabre and strong word. I am curious as to what this meaning is!

As well, in a couple spots, you forgot a space after the comma. Doesn't detract too much from the overall experience though :-)

Anywho, well done on your piece, I definitely enjoyed it.
