Bear the Full Weight of This, Love:

by BlueJay   Sep 19, 2017

I will continue
capturing you
upon pages that

you will almost never hold.

Just so you know,
Love, I will continue
penning your name into
my heart and drawing
your face as I feel
it would flow -

I will continue
falling asleep to
your voice as it is
coming across a screen

never bearing the full weight of its timber,

And as lonely
as this is,
I will happily

Blue as a real way with words that always tells this hidden story where you have to read between the lines for a better interpretation and this is no exception and it's one of the reasons I like this so much it oozes nostalgia and longing.

This piece flows with delicacy, although full of sadness,
but a lovely poem to read
    much love

Think I've been in a similar position but I shall not write another word for or about that person.

This is so sad to read Maddie. I feel some heavy weight after reading this. But as Em said, there is something beautiful about the sadness in here.
