    Being unable to sleep is a real big itch in itself but then we toss and turn trying to get comfy and get emotional because we can't and the night drags on and on and on then comes morning.. I was like this last night then I missed my first alarm lol I do hope you can nod off soon

      Thanks Em.. its actually warming up and i cant get comfy and the cats are hogging the pillows haha ^_^

      Mark - I think its more, its warming up and the cats decided to take over the bed haha!

    I can completely sympathise. Sometimes sleeping tablets are the only solution. Take care and hope you get some sleep soon. Milly x

    Okay, this I relate to. I wish I could just snap my fingers and fall into a healthy sleep - just 4 or 5 hours would d0 - `I'm not greedy!
