I’m not afraid of the dark, but
I am afraid of what's
in the
dark.

I’m
not afraid
of temptation, but
I am afraid of my desires.

I’m not afraid of love, but
I am afraid of my
heart being
broken

I’m
not afraid
of you, but I am
afraid of what you were

I’m not afraid of dying,
but I am afraid
of dying
alone.

However....

I am not afraid of me,
and
I’m not afraid of who
I am..

anymore.

    I am certainly afraid of the dark because I cant see what's going on around me. I often have viven in to temptations and of course I had to learn the hard way. Thank you for sharing.
