Keep fighting Em, but shame you feel you have to pretend. Loved the flow, feel and rhyme of this one x

Soon, there will be sunshine for you, Em.
Till then give your best shot to survive.

Em, I believe one day your nightmares will fade and be replaced by sun and light. Until then, keep writing. Xx

You are very strong and indeed one big survivor. We are great pretenders and often convince ourselves that we are alright. Those nightmares never left me but not as severe. You are being loved by so many and that can make this pain feel not so severe. Hugs to you and all the best

Yes, I'm with you... it seems so cliche to say to someone else, live for the good days, and I understand the frustrations (especially the erratic behavior part).

I know that mentality of being so exhausted that nothing could you lift you up, but I also am aware of the things that get me through, and I can only hope and pray I have enough strength.

I wish peace and happiness for you. Always here to give support and if you need a friend to listen/talk to.
