Starry Night

by Kitty Cat Lady   Oct 24, 2017

I slip into your inky blackness
You steal away my despair
I'm weightless yet supported
You surround me, close as air

I'm free but yet I'm carried
A willing slave to your tide
Taken where the moon directs
And where the wind decides

I feel the ripples through you
Your silky surface I caress
Flowing seamlessly around me
As you ebb away my stress

You rock me within your embrace
I float in body and mind
The night, the stars, me and you
So perfectly entwined.
