Prayers at midnight

by Dagmar Wilson   Nov 2, 2017

As I have traveled through life
telling the difference was quite an experience,
the person I am today is because of the lessons I have learned.

None of these senseless chapters
heartbreaking challenges
episodes of fear,
I could have survived without staying paralyzed.

It was hope
the prayers under the midnight sky
the counting of numerous stars,
that kept pushing for a fresh start.

Not all the scars are gone
"hope taught me how to cope".

    "Survived without staying paralyze"
It is a good coping system. You should teach others about that.
another one: "hope taught me how to cope."

The emotions in this are so heavy. Very deep spiritual and positive feelings I got reading this. If I was allowed to nominate then this would be on the list!
