Desolation

Now, my days pass in this room of
desolation-
waiting for the sun to dissolve in the
eyes of the night.

Though this empty box has everything
to fill my heart,
yet nothing weighs more than your
love.

Sometimes,
I scratch the color of gloom from its
walls
and sometimes wrap myself into the
arms of your memories
- just to keep me away from the
shadow of silence.

Until,
the night opens the window of
freedom,
and I start
