Cancer

My life is like cancer
It happened with no explanation
One day I was fine
The next its there
The only thing different
Is that its in my thoughts
My thoughts spread all over my body
Killing everything in its path
Making it harder to live
Each day
These angry tears
These selfish thoughts
No this isn't cancer
Though I wish that it was
