bile rises once more
as she believes words untrue
she wants to be slim

Far too many people know this feeling or know someone in these shoes and that is absolutely ridiculous to me; but I think youv've captured it well and I hope people who come across this are able to see that those around them know and care/worry in case they need help or advice.

The truth is that slim people are just as unhappy with themselves ... once they get to the weight they thought they wanted to be, they find some other body hang up to focus on. The words we tell to ourselves are the only ones that should matter, and they should be kind words. Easier said than done Em, I know xx

So very true. It's so sad that people see a distorted view of themselves because of society or another person drilling it in their heads. You really hit this dead on. Well done-hufs my friend -
