History has been made
We are no longer left behind
This country has no longer delayed
The final bill has been signed

We are now classed as equal humans
You and I are now seen as one
We are no longer just an amusement
Finally we have hit a home run

Same sex marriage for the win
I don’t know why it took so long
The world continues to spin
And the happy people broke out in song
