    Perfect the way we are
But, If you have a wish
Pluck it from the brightest star

Filled your bag with healing herbs
As island birds whisper a loving word
    Guiding the way, Flying south
    But, the loudest sound
    Resonates from your souls mouth

With your feet in her water
    Know your mother natures daughter
Ready to cross seas of color
    Thats hard enough
Drifting in a storm where seas are rough
    Floating on your back
    If you bring anything
I hope its love you pack

Oh Jam. Such a brave and personal write. I don't have any clever answers, I'm sure the issue isn't that you don't know where to get the help you need, it's accepting the help and accepting yourself so that you can break the cycle.
Keep writing the poetry, because we can love that and reflect it back to you. :-) x

What a brilliant poem. I could feel that I am there in the poem.
