One-Of-A-Kind:

by Scott Cole   Jan 9, 2018

A million and one stars could never do justice
Nor a forever and a day watereddown rainbow,
Or a half crescent moon that's at full sparkle
Outshine the luster of your smile's afterglow.

The most precious sunset in all of history
Nor heavenly bodies crisscrossing the skies,
Or a once in a lifetime natural phenomenon
Ever hold my wonderment as does your eyes.

Past recorded momories couldn't surpass you
Nor the moving hands of time flyth you by,
Or fresh footprints that I'm putting down now
Ever inhabit the place in my mind you occupy.

The awe fairytales with the happiest endings
Nor all the Romeo and Juliet stories combined,
Could ever bear uponst my heart of hearts
Like you my dear wife for you're one-of-a-kind.
