An Allotrope of All Jewels

by Nicolette   Jan 19, 2018

Life turns pages and we convene a new chapter.
So I stumble upon a new love,
A comely angel sent from above,
Now my heart inaugurates its new captor.

Your eyes; an allotrope of all jewels.
Your body; heavenly, equivalent to paradise,
Your smile; coruscant, in sync with your eyes,
Oh darling for you I'd break all the rules.

Your eyes scintillate when you say you love me,
My heart yearns for more infatuation; it's never enough.
You fill me with fervency, even when times are tough,
My heart is all yours, only you own the key.

And now I know this is meant to be,
Because never have I felt so free.
