You’d said to me as you looked
into my eyes and held my hands in yours.
Three years later all I can do
is sit here and laugh at the fact that
those words had once been my
life line;
Had gotten me through every single day that you tore me down even
though you’d been the one who’d said them.
I look over at my love and as he looks back at me with a huge smile on his face I can’t help but smile back.
