This is amazingly strong poetry You like abby do not write often but when you do they are amazing.
The mood , the questioning flow that like the sea waves roll on one another and the last one that touches your eye on the sand or on the feet of the reader is fantastic.
This poem has a strong inner rhythm.

Dear Jane in the spirit of authenticity I do not like compliment or flattery. I try not to do that to others what I do not wish for myself. So if I compliment this is only because the poem really is great. No any other consideration.

I really enjoyed the concept of using the moon and earth as metaphors for love. A unique and captivating piece. Best wishes Milly x

I can only contently sigh after reading this. I know it's been a few months since you've posted a poem, and this truly soothed my soul. The ease and flow of nature, the untold stories of longing. The brevity is so lovely.

    Congrats on the win! :)

There was somethibg striking about this poem as a whole but for me it was the first few lines that stood out. There really is something haunting about this piece. A thoroughly enjoyable read yet painful too. It's emotional and very raw.

As you are aware, Jane, I was...ahem...away when this piece deservedly took its position on the front page, but just know that I have read it and appreciated it; it is a wonderful piece of work, truly.

    All the best as ever,

    Ben
