Bird missing

by Dagmar Wilson   Jan 26, 2018

At the end of the show
when all is said and done
the curtain is coming down.
Who knows what happens from that point on.

An slight disagreement
an explosion of bottled up emotions,
words are firing, hitting the belt.
Anger is something else.

We are not leaving here unharmed
feelings got hurt, reaching the breaking point.
The brain is to blame.

A family not by blood
oceans we have crossed
tears that were shedded,
marching through dark tunnels.
Watching the sun rise above.

The nest seems to get smaller
may even fall apart,
let us hope that the bird will find it's way back.

Dagmar this is a piece full of anguish and heartbreak with great depth and meaning.

I pray that love will help guide the little bird to return to the nest soon. All my best wishes Milly x
