Water Cycle

by Alex Penuelas   Mar 12, 2018

When I see you,
I evaporate into the sky,
Where I inevitably coalesce,
Condensing all that I wish to tell you,
Into these tiny poems.

Then, I precipitate,
Showering you with adoration
That floods the world
Beneath your feet.

Finally,
I turn into rivers and streams,
Racing back to your heart
That's deeper than any ocean.

Ah Alex ... brilliant metaphors here ... so romantic. It never fails to amaze me just how many ways love can be described - I'd never have thought of that though! :-) x
