Half Life

by Phoenix ¥   Mar 17, 2018

Sometimes I’m a Wife,
Sometimes I’m a Lover
Always living half a life,
Knowing nothing other.

Forgotten what it’s like
Having one person be it all,
Busy spinning plates
Praying they don’t fall.

How long can this continue?
It’s really weighing hard,
Twisting up my head
And messing with my heart.
