love

I gave you my all , in exchange for my heart
but under penalty you voided every single part
from every depth of my feelings to each and every temple
I wanted forever with you life would've been so simple
I told you my inner secrets things that where near and dear
you were that peace and comforter from everything I'd fear
you were my happy place you sheltered me from distress
I use to crawl up under you and lay my head upon your chest
my love for you was indefinite no one could tell me nothing
they didn't see the good in you ,but i knew you were something
everyone had their opinion I cared less what people would say
you were the best thing about life waking up to you everyday
but you didn't see it that way, no you didn't know the feeling
you didn't understand the love I had for you how much I was willing
you couldn't even stomach the pain of what its like dealing
with heartache doctor can't even fix it, its beyond repair or healing

I

Unrequited love is truly dreadful, or even if there is love but it doesn't quite match up to what you are giving in return, it's bad enough.

All the best and take care,

    Ben
