Strength

Many people often think
Strength is only a physical attribute.
Muscular, fit.
What most people don’t see,
Is that strength can come from within too.
Our most powerful strength
Comes from within all of us.
Bravery, courage.
Most people don’t think that,
Strength cannot come from within all of us.
Strength is many things
It comes from within or outside.
Muscular, bravery.
They can both be strengths,
Because we all have outer and inner strength.

    Dear Callahan I agree with this completely nowadays physique is seen more as a strength when indeed as you say strength comes from within and we each have our own strengths and weaknesses of which makes us who we are today some of us unfortunately not so nice.....
