Turning 23

I just turned 23 and feel depressed
I feel like a piece of shit
Im still ugly
I still have not got a gf
I am still in college
still have no degree
I look around me and see fake friends
I look in my contacts and see all fakes
I think of my family and see dissapointment
I feel like i got nothing
I feel like I did nothing
I just turned 23 shouldn't i be happy?
But i am not
I feel like shit
