cursed

by Mortal Utopia   Aug 17, 2018

when

I was born into the world
life opened upon me as ashes

enclosing

blinding

screaming

as I rose and fell
twisted and twirled

like hell’s dancer: broken and torn.

why was I made so all I touched would fade
or turn to things too dark to see?

why was I made so I would make you break
or make you screech for all to hear?

I like the layout and the way you express the inner tormented darkness.

    All the best.

Dark indeed. There's this doom you write of, this chaos, this question as to why your touch and words and impact bring about this sense of foreboding. Of fear.

    Powerful piece.

Dark stuff, but nicely formatted and well conveyed.

    All the very best,
