      Cheers dude,

climbing the walls a little at the moment.

Just as well I don't have a stress filled job that involves dealing with every lunatic on the road.

      Oh balls I do lol.

      Thanks Mills

Early days but I have no intention of going out the way my mother did. COPD is a nasty way to go.

That's what I kinda intended when I started writing it.

      Wish I'd never started.

I bought one of those, it's nasty and sends me into a coughing fit .

The title symbolises the crushing out of that last cigarette.

      Hey Meena.

You should know by now I play with things a little, but to be fair it is about the ending of a toxic relationship. Albeit not a human one.

Craig, if I hadn't read the comments I would have thought you were talking about a woman. Cigarettes are so hard to quit. I did 20 years ago, I haven't regretted it, I only regret doing it in the first place. Stay strong!

Me too, I'll get there and when I do I'm gonna defy the specialist and try running again. I miss it.

Craig - It seems we are all addicted to something and wish we could crush it.
I would like to personally wish you all the best in destroying this habbit. I do hope you manage to succeed as long as it is truely what you want :)

It is and already I'm feeling benefits. No cough in the morning.

However my temper is rather shorter than the short fuse it already was.

CJ you should write more poems in free verse. You write in depth and detail. There was a short poem written by you which won the weekly contest. Regarding the rhyme and acrostic format, you are just too good at them already.
