The Miracle of the three Hebrew men.

Shadrach, Meshach, and, Abednego, the names given by their captors, the pagan Babylonians, thousands of years ago. Nebuchadnezzar was the ego maniac King, he loved all his Gold, especially his Seal Ring. Nebuchadnezzar built for himself a gold statue 90 feet high on the plain of Dura in Babylon, it’s true even though it sounds like a yarn.

There were jealous servant’s, who plotted against Sadrach, Meshach, and, Abednego, because the King had appointed them as administrator’s, this made their haters very disjointed. They sent a herald to proclaim that all should bow down and worship the statue that symbolized the King, it was an elaborate sting!

Then they ratted on the Hebrews, delighted to bring to the King some shocking news. When brought before him, they said that they worship a God who was able to save them, and he was the God of all men. The King was furious, and, had the furnace heated up seven times hotter, the lick of the flames would turn those nearby into fotter.

The Hebrews were bound by the King’s soldiers, and the three were tossed into the fiery furnace, the flames shot out and burned up the soldiers, who the Hebrews they bore.

The King who had his throne facing the furnace jumped up, he remarked; you threw three in the furnace, but I see four, and as they trod, I see one like the Son of the Gods.

They King called for them to come out, they came out unbound, their robes unsinged, with not even the smell of smoke on them, did abide. The King then, laid all his pride and ego aside, saying; your God is the only God who can deliver those who face death. The King issued a decree; That the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, be worshipped everywhere, on land and sea, standing or on bended knee. He proclaimed that anyone who did not worship their God, shame on him, and have him torn limb from limb.

The King promoted them, the King was transformed, he proclaimed from his roof top, one of the most beautiful proclamations ever spoken about the highest God, and his Son Jesus, the chosen one.

Note: You can read about the Hebrew slaves of Babylon in the Book of Daniel, in the Old Testament.
