Skin

by Kitty Cat Lady   Sep 19, 2018

... and it was like my skin recognised you

my bones and brains just the vehicle to get my skin next to yours
it bubbled under the surface
it screamed to try to reach you
to get to you before I could

it exhaled to send my pheromones to you
needing to ensure the connection
prickling and tingling in its primal need to touch you
to share space and air
to create sensations only possible when skin collides with skin
pore to pore, cell to cell
sparking neurons to stupefy
rational thought unnecessary at best
impossible at worst

... mere beings.

Sometimes, that need for skin to skin contact is overpowering. It is like we become feral and in that moment it's all you can think about, all you need. Being so close yet not close enough. You penned that beautifully here, great imagery.

Miss Kitty, loved this. Nothing beats that skin on skin contact with another human. It makes us alive. Well done with this-

Being a cat person, I think you meant: paw to paw! :p

    Seriously, sensual write, nicely conveyed.
