If hearts can be broken, then mended again,
Then isn't it worth the chance
To see if a special someone could be
Your partner in your eternal dance?

Isn't it worth the hurt, or the pain,
Do the smiles or the heart flips feel great?
Would you give up all that, being careful because
You're too scared your heart will just break?

What if you give it your all, and then someone
Doesn't know how to respond?
But isn't it fun, finding out, feeling good?
Our heart already knows it is strong!

I can really relate to this Catherine and I've had the same battles with my heart ... do I go ahead and risk getting my heart broken, but enjoy the amazing times while they're there? Or leave it well alone and protect my heart?
I think leaving it alone and wondering what might have been is actually more painful than heartbreak anyway!
    Fantastic and nominated :-) x
