Confused

It has been 2 years since i last felt happiness. Struggling with sickness with no answers in site multiple hospital visits couldn't even shed light the way that I feel makes me so miserable the constant dizziness, and the shortness of breath. but yet doctors say it's all in my head I lay awake scared and frightened I pray and I pray yet there is no answer and i ask myself what did I do to deserve this.
