When home is calling my name
my heart is aching for this old place,
it's not within reach.
The waters are too large.

Stark and beautiful in its simplicity. There’s a lot in here in such few words.

Having lived abroad for many years I can understand the call of home. There is something about the country you were born in that will always call to your heart no matter how long the years. A lovely piece. Much love and hugs Milly x
