What is it about the stars that attract me to you?
What is it about the crescent moon and the star lit
night that fulfills me so?
The way they sparkle, They way they shine
thought the universe,
oblivious to purpose
except to guide me safely home at night
with his hand in mind as we walk together.
The silence- which seems so perfect
and spoken words would only ruin it.
This fulfilment of his and I alone
brought together under the stars
