Beautiful Tom Boy

by Jacki   Sep 1, 2004

I'm a plain girl you see,
I don't wear makeup to
accent my features.
I tend to shy away from
tight fitting clothes.
I barely show my legs
A tom boy I suppose.
I pull my hair pack
and throw it in
a pony tail.
To lazy to get out the
curling Iron and
primp it all nice.
I'm a plain girl I guess.
No reason to get all
dressed up.
sweatshirts and Levi jeans
do the trick for me.
I tend to stay at home
and make believe
I'm a beauty queen.
I never played dress up
with all my female friends.
I was always outside
building forts and
hanging from the tree limbs.
But even though I don't
dress up or wear makeup
to clog my pores
I think that I am beautiful
and I hope you will agree.
