I Won't Bother You

by Kristin   Sep 11, 2004

I promise I won't bother you anymore,
You won't see me again I will close my door.
Don't worry now I will be in a better place,
I will fly up to heaven with beauty and grace.

No more yelling, no more tears,
No more bruises over the years.
I will soon be happy and heal my cuts,
Scars will be left but I will have guts.

I still love you even though you did this to me,
You ment no harm but now I'm free.
I'm free from your grasp that held me so tight.
You looked in my eyes and saw the fright.

You were drunk and took many drugs,
I'd beg for you to come back and give me some hugs.
You made your choice and now I am in heaven
Good-bye Daddy, I just turned seven.
