Haiku

by N J Thornton   Nov 23, 2004

Shades of rosy pink
Flutter the delicate wings
Silky flowing breeze

-------------------------------------

Salt waves lap the shore
In the gentle summer tide
Red hills of the sky

---------------------------------------

Dew drops in the vale
Footprints by furred creatures
Bathed in the sunlight

----------------------------------------

Untimely sunshine
Petal hands begin to part
Subtle rose is born

------------------------------------------

The bleached confetti
Fluttered on by the winds hand
Settling on hills
