The problem lies in the solution lies in the problem?

Yeah, that's it, finally, that's what's wrong
Strangled by the hand that struggles to free myself
That's what's held me down for so long
Curse & cure, breathe as one, share blame with no one else

A vacuum, a closed system, self-contained
I am the source of my own guilt
As long as I'm here, here I'll remain
My own thoughts, my cage, has built

Whole demeanor changes in the blink of an eye
Both problem and solution lie in the way i think
Unintentional affliction, to myself and those nearby
But like quicksand, the more i struggle, the deeper i sink

Dr. Jekyll, Mr. Hyde, i am both, one and the same
I'm the disease deep inside that i so hatefully blame.
