My Poems are Me

I write alone
Nobody at home
No light or sun
No noise, none..

Write this rhyme
In nearly no time
I feel high, sublime..

How I get my kicks
Hand-written tricks
How simple it is..

I write when I'm mad
Really makes me glad
Doesn't matter how sad..

How I deal with strife
This pain called life
Not with a razor or knife..

I write away pain and sorrow
Write away everydays tomorrow
This ecstasy, I actually borrow..

I take this one way ride
Release the pain I feel inside
To make the real me not hide..

When you read this you read me
Do you like what it is you see?
Because this is how I'll be
For all my life, my eternity..
