Tsunami

by Nookie   Jan 5, 2005

I was watching the news today
The newsman shocked me in a way
Couldn't believe I heard him say
Where there were people, ruins lay

Worst natural disaster we've seen
Emerged from the waters still sheen
The waves smashed all without fear
Killing family members all so dear

Coming towards you is a wall of blue
Soon to destroy everything you knew
With not so much as a final goodbye
A death so swift, no time to cry

All of this coming just from a wave
Not a soul on Earth made it behave
The victims payed the deadly fee
Of witnessing their final Tsunami
