The Darkness

Death had become me
That black envelope of hell
Surrounds me,
Chokes me,

I see the speck of light
In the light
So far away,

I am so alone,
The darkness
The silence is deafening,
I am so alone

I want out!
Out of this vast darkness
Into the light
Into the happiness

I try to get up,
Out of the darkness,
Something’s stopping me
Holding me back,

Won’t somebody help me?
