FAMILY and CARING

by МÅťťђĕш Яĕĩŋĕßĕřg   Feb 6, 2005

"Passion posesses my seated heart.
It clamors againt my soul.
Should we two part, I may just die,
In my life there will be a hole."

This is what the lover said
And though poetic it may be,
True love involves less the feeling,
It is virtue you must see.

For to love is not to be in love
As one can be in love with a car
Or perhaps with one's own self
Thinking he, himself outshines every star.

"Well what is love now?" you ask.
And this is love most true
It is the attitude, the way to say,
"Forget About Me, I Love You."

To love is to have deep Concern
For the other's well being.
And it is Accepting every little flaw
You may happen to be seeing.

It is Responsibility of action
To not lead you to harm's way,
Integrity is also love
"You deserve the truth everyday."

Nurturing is another part of love
"To grow I invite you now."
Giving is still another part,
"I give what I can and how."

To grow this love it takes much time
Though on us all it is wearing.
Remember the two big words of love
F.A.M.I.L.Y. and C.A.R.I.N.G.
