A World All Our Own

by Sherry Lynn   Feb 17, 2005

A World All Our Own

Passionate kisses upon my neck
A gently touch upon my flesh
I try to refuse
But it’s too much
Overwhelmed with a desire
You have set my body on fire

Shut the door
Make sure it’s locked
Why can’t I seem to resist
I have lost a war
That was hardly fought

Wrapped in your arms
You lay me in bed
I cannot believe
That we are venturing
Upon a heavenly bliss

Feeling so safe
And even secure
Lost in a world
That I don’t deserve

A sparkle in your eyes
A smile on your lips
As you begin
Caressing my every inch

With passion and fire
Our love begins again
Taking us away
To yet a different land
