You're always here for me
and even till the end
no matter what
because you're my friend

you always make me smile
you always seem to care
and when i look to my side
you're always there.

when i cry
you wipe away my tears
when I'm scared
you take away my fears.

you always put a smile
on my face
no one can ever
ever take your place.

when I'm sad
you make me happy
when I'm lonely
you're here for me.

because no matter what the future holds
we'll take it on together
because you're my friend
always and forever.

I've never been so happy in my life
my smile is no longer pretend
I no longer must lie to myself
