This is simply incredible, and I am sooo glad you wrote this. I know my story isn't quite like your mom's, but I've been through the same. I saw my biological father point a gun at my mother and my nana. It's just remarkable how we stuck together, my mom and brother and me. Give your mom a hug for me... I know how much the pain of abuse, both physical and mental, hurts. Hell, I'm still suffering from it... nightmares, just daydreams, even. No one deserves that, ever. Thank you again, Sierra, for writing this... it means more than I think you'll ever really know. You rock, bebe!

Good work sweetie. I see youve written a lot of new ones. It's good to see you write one about abuse. There is one big mistake on this tho love your mom has seen her dad hold a gun to my head many many times but she has not ever seen me hold a gun to my head. So I just wanted to clear up any confusion. I done all I could to stop the craziness during the fights and not scare the kids so this is like other things doll it is not true. Thanks Andrea!! I do agree!! Its horrible what happens to some of the people on this site, and its hard enough cutting, but some of these people have to deal with both. I know Hailie is physically abused by her dad. I wish I could take that away, but the only thing I can do is tell people how wrong it is. Thanks Andrea!!! :-D.
