Little miss perfect

by ScarletHaze   Mar 26, 2005

Little miss perfect wondering why
her life became this bad she hopes to die
it was all because of him
the boy she had fallen for.

little miss perfect crying regrets
the love she felt caught in a net
the more she struggled he more it consumed
until overwhelmed she finally gave in.

little miss perfect was to naive
that he was the one she dared to believe.
until he proved her assumption was wrong
that he wasn't the one for her.

litle miss perfect was forced upon
forced to carry something she did not want.
she tried to be brave to be strong
but in the end she could not.

little miss perfect was found dead
she couldn't take it anymore.
she was buried with her unborn child
two bodies to one grave.

Repetition of lines made it a bit cliched like a song-poem of dark origin. As a whole, the rhymes blended well and effortful on structuring. The message was clear though odd, well, fictions make one imagine things beyond reality. Good write, hope its not true account, especially of urs, otherwise, ur not writing anymore, lol.

Nice job! I like the repetition in the first line and how it keeps changing. I love the 3rd stanza, and especially love how theres that final TWIST right at the end that just changes how it all seems to go, its quite captivating!
