Pyre of Separation

I pray that day should never come,
Or at least I’ve courage to gather some,
Courage, to learn how to live my life without you,
Courage, to spend my sleepless nights without dreaming of you,
But I know that day will come someday,
And it will not just be any other day,
It’ll be the day I begin a new life,
A life, wherein you’ll always be by my side,
A life, that’ll be nothing less than a grand celebration,
A life, that’ll take away my fear of burning in this “pyre of separation”.
