Freebird

The sun slips slowly southward, setting amongst its orange curtain. Each ray reaching out, holding on, to the dying day.
As the warm summers breeze wraps it's tender arms around her fragile waist, she breathes a sigh of longing.
She looks out through the golden clouds at the greeny yellow meadows, where each blade of grass is curved slightly to catch the final iridescent rays, until the following dawn.
Her wishful yearning to be free burns strongly within.
She urges to tear down her fence of fear and run freely with no care in the world. With the wind through her hair as she cavorts amongst the wild clusters of flowers.
The glistening sun dances upon the still water out in the world where she wishes to be. Emphasizing it's lustrous radiance. The free birds tiredly fly to their final rest as she wishes she could join them. Soaring high over the glowing horizon as the sun dips it's head.
As the day draws to a close and her search for inner peace seems at an end she closes her eyes, not daring to look down at the swaying grass in the golden fields as she soars dreamily above.

    Wonderful work, I couldnt have done it better my self ..     Very well written! A great job! I have wrote a couple poems on nature I don't know if u had a chance to read them or not. But u really did a great job on this one!
