I Tried...

I tried to keep up the mask
Just so you ’t ask
I tried to hide from everyone
No one knew what I had become
I tried to lie to you everyday
Telling you I was really okay
I tried to ask for help from you
Not knowing what to do
I tried being perfect, like you wanted
No one knew my house was haunted
I tried to rid the memories of this home
Where the memories quietly roam
But nothing worked, cant say I didn't try
All I could do, was remember and cry
You didn't notice my tear filled eyes
You couldn't see through my lies
You never heard my silent yells
You don’t know my life is hell
I tried and I tried to make everything okay
Pretending wont last much longer anyway

    Nice, full of sadness,that was just abvious : ) .I think we all do use some masks somehow somewhere.

    this part was touching though:
