Fortuna la Extasy

by Tessa   Apr 20, 2005

Stumbling through some sickly sweet
garden where such venom creeps
wept from violets in your grasp
of nightmarish beauty held so fast

Something dark that beckons me
sad and lovely , my tragedy
given through such heartbreak dear
I'll hold you close and catch your fear

Stolen from such poison lips
forsake it all from just one kiss
kind or harsh beneath blue moon
temptation struck with willows croon

Come inside through lovestruck lust
sweat and tears you do so trust
the quake of heart in Eden's womb
wrapped in thrusting beat entomb

Edging fears so washed aside
your trembling touch I'll steady in nigh

    BEAUTIFUL. Highly creative.
    "Stumbling through some sickly sweet

of nightmarish beauty held so fast"
LOVED that stanza, it just had a flowing (yet at the same time shaky) style to it.
A truly brilliant write, a lovely love poem :-) a rare these days.
You are blessed with such immense talent! I'm hoping to see you post more work soon.
